Our core group of ladies first came together around 2007–2008 playing Bunco. Over time, we began to recognize the importance of giving back to our community. In the beginning, we supported individual causes as we came across them, but what started small has grown into the organization we are today.

I feel so thankful to be part of this fabulous group of women and all that we’ve been able to accomplish together. Each year, I look forward to our charity work—from choosing who we will support, to the excitement of our Christmas luncheon, the laughter during our ornament exchange game, and the joy of seeing the gratitude from our charity representatives when donations are delivered.

Being part of Mamma Bears fills my heart, and I know the rest of our group feels the same. It is truly special to share in this purpose together, knowing that in our own way, we’re making a difference.
